Chicago Department of Aviation Hosts Airport Job Fair, Oct. 12

CHICAGO, IL -- Job seekers interested in working at O’Hare and Midway International Airports can network with prospective employers at the Chicago Department of Aviation’s Airport Construction and Concessions Job Fair. The fair takes place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, at UIC Forum.

Representatives from companies looking to hire individuals to work at O'Hare or Midway International Airports in the following areas:

• Airlines
• Cargo
• Concessions
• Construction
• Hospitality
• Security and more

Positions available include managers and sales associates at retail stores, customer service agents, drivers, carpenters, electricians, painters and much more. Interviews will be conducted on-site.

In addition, representatives from the Chicago Urban League, Hispanic American Construction Industry Association and Skills for Chicagoland's Future will be on site to provide guidance for job seekers.
