CVS To Close 11 Chicago Stores By End Of March
Find out if the drug store chain's location in your neighborhood will be shutting its doors for good soon.

CHICAGO, IL — CVS Pharmacy will shutter 11 of its Chicago stores between the end of February and the end of March as part of a series of closings across the country by the drug store chain, WGN News reports.
In December, CVS announced it would be closing 7o locations nationally at the beginning of this year. The company will continue to operate 80 stores in Chicago, the report added.
The following is a list of the affected CVS stores, according to WGN:

- 3411 W. Addison St.
- 6355 W. Belmont Ave.
- 2722 N. Central Ave.
- 2828 N. Clark St.
- 2825 W. Devon Ave.
- 3552 W. Grand Ave.
- 120 S. Lasalle St.
- 3146 W. Madison St.
- 2053 N Milwaukee Ave.
- 4540 N. Pulaski Road
- 5360 S. Western Ave.
Pharmacy operations at the CVS stores that are closing will be moved to nearby locations to avoid inconveniencing customers, the report stated. The company also plans to transfer employees at the closing stores to other locations, the report added.
