Decked Out CTA Holiday Train Arrives Friday
All aboard! Here's the schedule for the popular festive Chicago tradition.

CHICAGO, IL – Santa and his reindeer roll in on CTA's popular holiday train Friday. The festive six-car train hosts the jolly old fellow on his sleigh in an open flat car, and travels along all CTA train lines until Dec. 22. The annual run will begin with its first stop on the Green Line Friday.
Passengers can ride in the festive rail cars while listening to holiday tunes. The cars are decorated with multi-colored lights, garlands and bows. An additional Elves' Workshop Train will accompany Santa's train on Saturdays.
And the holiday tradition wouldn't be complete without CTA's Holiday Bus, which starts its run next Tuesday. The bus will roll through 14 routes across the city spreading holiday cheer.
