Del Galdo Law Group Announces New Partner, Senior Partners
Del Galdo Law Group serves as the general counsel or special counsel to more than 50 units of local government in Illinois.

(Berwyn, IL) – A leading suburban Cook County local government law firm, the Del Galdo Law Group, has named new senior leadership.
Attorney Kim Jannota has been tapped to be a partner of the Berwyn-based firm while attorneys James Vasselli and K. Austin Zimmer have been promoted to senior partners.

The Del Galdo Law Group serves as the general counsel or special counsel to more than 50 units of local government in Illinois, including municipalities, school districts, townships, park districts, community colleges, among others.
Jannota, chair of the firm’s school law practice, has long experience in education law, such as property taxes, student discipline, student residency, teacher dismissals, unfair labor practice charges as well as discrimination and retaliation claims. Jannota earned her law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.

Vasselli, chair of the firm’s real estate and public finance practices, focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions and commercial development for government and private sector clients and public finance law for area municipalities and schools. Vasselli is a graduate of the De Paul University College of Law.
Zimmer, chair of the firm’s litigation practice, concentrates on federal and state litigation, representing primarily local governments, including elected officials, police officers, and other public employees. Zimmer graduated from the De Paul University College of Law.
The Del Galdo Law Group counsels both government and private sector clients on litigation, zoning, tax increment financing, economic development, real estate, land use, labor, employment, licensing, permitting, and public contracting.
The firm has 23 full-time lawyers on staff.
