Del Galdo Named One of Illinois’ Top Land Use Attorneys

(Berwyn, IL) – A key law journal will soon roll out its 2017 rankings of “best” real estate lawyers in Illinois and Berwyn-based attorney Michael Del Galdo has landed on the list.

Del Galdo, the principal and managing director of the Del Galdo Law Group, LLC, is one of 18 Illinois attorneys selected by the Law Bulletin’s Leading Lawyers magazine to be among “best of the best” for land use law.

“Of course, I’m flattered by the designation of being one of the ‘best of the best’ land use attorneys in Illinois,” said Del Galdo. “A municipality’s land use strategy is a crucial element in its long-term economic development; so, that’s why land use law is a top priority for our firm.”

Del Galdo, who founded his now 21-strong attorney firm in 1998, represents multiple park districts, school districts, municipalities, and other units of government in Cook, DuPage, and the collar Counties as the general counsel or special counsel, including: West Central Municipal Conference, Village of Melrose Park; Village of Steger; Town of Cicero; City of Berwyn; City of Chicago Heights; Village of McCook; Village of Broadview, Village of Stickney, among others.

The list of top of Illinois real estate attorneys will be published in Midwest Real Estate News’ annual “Best of the Best” issue which is scheduled to publish in June 2017.
