Chicago Torture-Kidnap Video: Hate Crime Charges Considered; 2nd Video Found
The new footage shows the victim allegedly being forced to drink water from a toilet bowl.

CHICAGO, IL — Authorities are considering hate crime charges for the four people arrested Wednesday in connection with a disturbing Facebook video that shows several young African-American adults tormenting a mentally disabled white man tied up in a room with duct tape across his mouth, according to a Chicago police spokesman.
"To ensure most up to date info, CPD is still investigating senseless attack from yesterday," department spokeman Anthony Guglielmi said on his official Twitter account. "We have not ruled out hate crime charges."
Charges against the suspects are expected to be filed later Thursday, according to The Associated Press. The suspects' names have not been released, but police say they are all older than 18, and three of them are from Chicago and one is from suburban Carpentersville, the AP reports.
