With Foot Traffic Down, Loop Storefronts Struggle To Stay Open

CHICAGO (CBS) — Chicago’s once bustling Loop is akin to a ghost town amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Foot traffic downtown has dropped about 80 percent compared to this time last year.
