Freezing Rain Advisory for Chicago Area
A dense fog advisory was also in effect for some areas.

The National Weather Service issued a freezing rain warning for much of the Chicago area on Wednesday, effective until 9 a.m. Thursday.
"Accumulations of ice on untreated roads will make travel very hazardous this evening," the NWS warned. Ice accumulations up to one-tenth of an inch are expected.
A dense fog advisory, with potential visibility of a quarter mile or less, was in effect until 9 p.m. Wednesday.
