"Green Rose 420 Sesh Fest" Outdoor All Day Celebration 12 - 8 PM

Chicago, Illinois (April 9, 2023) Green Rose Dispensary is hosting Chicago’s only outdoor 420 Cannabis Celebration. The inaugural “Green Rose 420 Sesh Fest” will run from 12-8 pm on April 20th at the Green Rose River North dispensary located at 612 N. Wells Street. The festival will be held in the dispensary’s large outdoor parking lot at Wells & Ontario.

420 is a global holiday to celebrate cannabis culture. Green Rose plans to make the 420 Sesh Fest an annual event. The Green Rose celebration is expected to attract cannabis consumers from the Chicago area and tourists from around the world and is open to the public ages 21 and older. General admission is free with a $42 purchase at Green Rose Dispensary or $20 without a purchase. “Green Rose 420 Sesh Fest” will feature live performances by Attack the Sound and Tamarie T and Thee Elektra Kumpany, Live DJ Sets, Illusionist Show, Fire Performance, Live Art Demonstrations, Body Painting Experience, Break Dancing Contest, Puff Party Bus, Food Vendors, Incredible 420 Product Discounts and the launch of our long awaited Green Rose Mural Photo Promotion where customers can take photos with the beautiful Green Rose 2,100 Square Foot Outdoor Mural, post on Instagram, and get discounts on their next visit. The mural depicts a woman in an elegant blouse with outreached arms that hold a beautiful long stem Green Rose. The Green Rose is meant to symbolize the beauty of the cannabis plant while at the same time the rose’s thorns are meant to reflect the edginess of cannabis and decades of unreasonable prohibition.

The goal of the 420 Sesh Fest is to celebrate cannabis culture by providing a unique, fun, and joyful experience with lots of great entertainment where everyone feels comfortable and welcome whether they are experienced cannabis users or new to it and interested in learning more about cannabis now that it is legal in Illinois.
