Holiday Cocktail Class at Bites Asian Kitchen and Bar

In advance of hosting your own gathering, belly up to the bar this holiday season and learn to make three libations at Bites. The Asian Kitchen and Bar, located on Clark Street in Wrigleyville, will hold a class and tasting event on Tuesday, December 19 at 6:30 p.m. Local liquor representative, Carlos Matias, will lead participants through a Matcha Sour, Rock & Rye and Fire & Snow cocktails, while guests nosh on small bites (salmon ceviche; taro fries; spicy crab rangoon; tiger tacos). Crispy pasty sheets filled with spicy cream cheese, kanikama, minced celery and onions
