McKee, 39, was arrested last weekend and booked into the Rockford jail in connection with the shooting deaths of Monique Tepe, 39, and Spencer Tepe, 37, who were found dead in Columbus's Weinland Park neighborhood on Dec. 30, according to court documents. The couple's two young children, both under the age of 5, were found physically unharmed inside the home.
McKee and Monique Tepe were married for about two years before they were divorced in 2017. They had no children together.

McKee is accused of using a silencer or an automatic firearm, reports The Columbus Dispatch.
At a news conference this week, Columbus Police Chief Elaine Bryant declined to discuss a motive in the case, but called the killings domestic-violence related.
Police believe McKee drove to the couple's home in Columbus to carry out the murders, then drove back to Rockford, Illinois. A vehicle believed to be linked to the crimes was captured on surveillance video and traced to McKee, police said.
He was arrested by ATF agents Saturday in Rockford, reportedly at a Chick-fil-A restaurant not far from where he worked.
