La Barra Opens Second Restaurant on November 15

La Barra Ristorante opens a new location in Riverside, IL on November 15.

La Barra Ristorante opens its second location on November 15, 2016 in Riverside, Ill at 4 p.m. The restaurant is located at 2 E. Burlington St. La Barra’s menu is known for its sharable Italian small plates, pastas award-winning pizza, and great neighborhood bar.

Artisan baker and restaurateur, Rich Labriola teams up with Riverside local, Patrick Leone to bring a full-service Italian concept to the community. The downtown restaurant partners will bring the excellent dining options to the community that seeks new restaurants. New entrees include Braciole, braised short rib in a red wine demi-glace, served over buttered Pappardelle pasta, and Seared Salmon served over saffron risotto, with asparagus and white wine lemon butter.

“Patrick and I see Riverside as the perfect spot for La Barra because it is a tight-knit community that is literally hungry for more restaurants,” says owner, Rich Labriola. “We are proud to be able to bring some more vitality to downtown Riverside.”

The restaurant will offer types of pizza – artisan, Chicago thin crust, and deep dish pan, which was named “Best Deep Dish in the Suburbs” by The Hungry Hound, Steve Dolinsky. The dining destination also offers catering and private dining. The bar serves over 50 wines along with a specialty cocktail menu and selection of beer.

The restaurant will be open Tuesday thru Friday for dinner starting at 4 p.m. Lunch will be served on Saturday and Sunday.
