Lincoln Park Community Services (LPCS) brings communities together to empower individuals facing homelessness and poverty to secure stable housing and make sustainable life changes. We serve individuals 18 and older who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless each year, through two locations: one in Lincoln Park and one in Old Town. We address the immediate needs of individuals such as food, showers, clothing, identification, and substance use or mental health counseling. In addition, we offer interim housing, to help stabilize individuals as they work towards employment and housing, by providing case management services and access to resources. LPCS also offers Permanent Supportive Housing, Drop-in Services, Street Outreach and hosts a growing Graduate Community.
