Lincoln Park Community Services Selected as Beneficiary for CAB 2024
Northwestern Kellogg School of Management Shares Cash Grant for LPCS Impactful Mission

Lincoln Park Community Services (LPCS) is honored to announce its selection as one of the recipients of the prestigious Charity Auction Ball (CAB) 2024 grant from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management . Each year, the student body chooses three local Chicagoland non-profits to share a cash grant, supporting their impactful missions.
The Charity Auction Ball (CAB) is a flagship philanthropy fundraising event by Northwestern Kellogg School of Management. Scheduled for Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 8:30 pm to 1:30 am at the House of Blues Chicago, the event features an open bar, light bites, live music, and a silent auction. The entire Kellogg community, including students, faculty, alumni, and local businesses, collaborate by donating their time, talents, creativity, or resources to create unique auction items. By participating in the CAB auction, the Kellogg community continues to make a lasting impact on the local community. In previous years, CAB proceeds have provided non-profits like LPCS with unrestricted funds ranging from $25,000 to $35,000.
“We had many incredible non-profit organizations apply to be a CAB grant recipient this year. Our non-profit selection committee conducted a holistic review of each application, considering the use of funds and anticipated impact on the organization and broader community to determine our six finalists,” explains Kellogg CAB Presidents. “From there, the Kellogg student body selected our three CAB beneficiaries based on where they felt the money could do the most good. We were impressed with Lincoln Park Community Service's work in empowering individuals facing homelessness to secure housing and make sustainable life changes and are grateful to be able to support them in making an impact.”
