Üllo Wine Purifier Now Available on The Grommet

Founded in 2015 by Kornacki, Üllo began as the solution to a family member’s sulfite allergy. Kornacki did all of the research and development out of his apartment, literally setting up a chemistry lab in his kitchen.The Selective Sulfite Capture technology process works by sequestering only sulfites and allowing other compounds in wine to flow through unaffected. The end result is a preservative-free glass of wine that tastes smoother and won’t cause sulfite-related reactions.
