Lollapalooza 2017: Who Are The Musical Acts Performing This Summer?

Chance the Rapper will continue to rep his hometown as one of the headliners of August's four-day music event in Chicago.

CHICAGO, IL — Chance the Rapper continues to be the city's favorite musical son as he reps for his hometown as one of the headliner's for this year's Lollapalooza, Chicago's premiere outdoor summer music festival.

The other headliners announced Wednesday for the four-day concert event, which runs from Aug. 3-6 in Grant Park, also include:

  • Arcade Fire (performs Aug. 6)
  • the Killers (performs Aug. 4)
  • Muse (performs Aug. 3)

Chance will perform Aug. 5. The festival, which is in its 14th year since its revival in 2003, runs from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the four-day stint.

Although the musical lineup was just announced Wednesday, many ticket packages for the event are already sold out. General admission tickets for Aug. 3 and 6 — the opening and closing days of the festival — are still available for $120 and can be purchased at the festival's website.
