CHICAGO — A Chicago man is charged with murder after he complained about noise in the neighborhood and shot a 9-year-old girl riding a scooter, according to reports. Authorities initially misreported the girl's age.
Michael Goodman, 43, of the 3500 block of North Long Avenue in Portage Park, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Sarabi Medina, authorities said.
"Before he shot her, he had said something about them being too loud," neighbor Megan Kelley told the Chicago Sun-Times.
