Man Who Stabbed Woman Told 911 He Was Having A Bad Day: Reports

CHICAGO — A Chicago man is accused of stabbing a woman to death in South Shore, according to police.
David Cobb called 911 and said he was having a bad day, multiple news outlets reported.
Police said they responded to a third-floor apartment around 9 p.m. Monday and found a woman with multiple stab wounds on the kitchen floor. She was pronounced dead at the scene in the 2400 block of East 74th Place, according to police.

Cobb, 37, was taken into custody shortly afterward and charged with first-degree murder, police said. He was scheduled to appear in bond court Thursday, according to police.
