Missing person

Hi my name is lori murphy,I am searching for my daughters father. He was at Adolf Meyers mental health , its a long story,so the short is we have been searching for him since 1988 when he went missing from there but no missing person was filed from there. When the facility closed patients and files where sent to other locations,our searching lead us to three facilities in this area,one was closed now another said they couldnt give information and the other place closed also because of some shortage in funding alot of the faciliys closed. His name is Phillip Wade Murphy ,he is 51 yr old,white,brown eyes that some times turn green,brown hair,he had 2 of his front teeth missing ,he lost his retainer,he has a kind of sideways split under nose to lip where he got hit with a crowbar, he has a horse scar on his abdomen, he is about 5 foot 8 to 5 foot 10 , was wearing size 9 shoe and size 28 to 30 waist pants, at the last time we seen him in 1988 he was about 145 to 155 lbs . I'm sending the only 2 pictures I have, the black and white one is what he looked like last time we seen him.the middle pic is me my oldest daughter and phillips and my daughter is the baby, when he was around 1987.
