New McFlurry Launching At McDonald's

CHICAGO, IL — McDonald’s is introducing a new frozen sweet treat just in time for summer.

The Chocolatey Pretzel McFlurry will launch May 25 nationwide for a limited time, according to the Chicago-based fast-food restaurant chain. The new McFlurry features vanilla soft serve, chocolate-covered pretzel pieces and caramel swirl. McDonald’s also offers M&M’s and Oreo McFlurries as part of its regular menu.

The new McFlurry will come in two sizes and prices will vary by city, according to CNN Business, which noted McDonald’s raised prices 6 percent in 2021 amid surging inflation and 8 percent year-over-year as of the first quarter.
