NFL Prospect & Schaumburg Native Launches Clothing Line
Sal Cannella Introduces High End Streetwear Collection
Current NFL prospect and Schaumburg native, Salvatore “Sal” Cannella is halfway to fulfilling a dream he’s had since he was 12 years old. Today, he launches NNella, a custom, high-end, streetwear clothing collection made with quality fabrics that feature men’s shirts and unisex hoodies.
Known for his unique taste in style, Cannella recently graduated from Auburn in December and was the school’s first football player to major in Apparel Design all while playing THREE positions of Division 1 football. In addition, he also assisted in the designing of the team’s blue cleats this past season.
“I’ve always been the type of person to stand out,” explains Cannella. “Whether it was my talent on the field or my eye-catching outfit, I never wanted to blend in. Starting my own line gives me the opportunity to bring my personal ideas alive. I’m able to take something I’m truly passionate about and let the world be a part of it too. People have always asked me where I shop for my clothes, well now there’s one place I will tell them to go.”

While focusing on the launch of NNella, Cannella has been equally consumed with the physical training he’s doing in Scottdale, Arizona in preparation for the upcoming NFL football draft later this month. Draft-eligible, Cannella has caught the attention from a few teams and is looking to fulfill the second half of his dream, to play pro football.
Growing up, Cannella was a natural talent in both the sports of basketball and football. His adventure which landed him in college football and playing at Auburn is an entirely other story…one of persistence and dedication, which shows up in everything he does.

Cannella’s goal with NNella is to share his “flavor” of style with each of his customers. Pricing for the collection ranges from $75-$125 per item. For more information, please visit www.NNellaDesigns.com.
