Northwestern Memorial Hospital Ranked Among Best in Nation by U.S. News and World Report
The yearly Hospital Honor Roll list includes the Chicago institution in the top ten.

CHICAGO, IL - Northwestern Memorial Hospital is among the top ten hospitals in the country, according to the yearly U.S. News & World Report rankings released on Tuesday.
The U.S. News and World Report’s 2016-17 Best Hospitals Honor Roll listed the Chicago hospital as the eighth best in the country based on several criteria including patient survival, number of patients and adequacy of nursing.

The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., Cleveland Clinic and Massachusetts General Hospital were the top three.
Northwestern Memorial, the top ranked hospital in Illinois and the Midwest, was rated sixth overall in both their orthopedics and cardiology and heart surgery programs.
