Marion Dwyer
Marion Dwyer, age 97, and a lifelong resident of Chicago, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Lexington Health Care Center of Chicago Ridge.

Born July 23, 1921 in Chicago, she was the daughter of John and Eva (nee Noor) Mavrogeanes.
Beloved wife of the late Robert J. Dwyer; loving mother of Marilyn (Thomas) Julian, Carol (Edward) Collins, and Robert (Brenda) Dwyer, Jr.; cherished grandmother of seven; and dearest great-grandmother of fourteen; fond sister of Catherine (the late Thomas) Steffan; and loving aunt to many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert J. Dwyer (1993); her parents; a brother, James (Mary) Mavrogeanes; and a sister, Catherine (Russell) Ciamprone.
Visitation for Marion Dwyer will be held Friday, December 7, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Roads, Joliet. Graveside services will be held at Friday, at 2:00 p.m., at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 6001 W 111th Street, Alsip, IL.
