It's the most wonderful time — er, day — of the year, at least to beer lovers. National Beer Day (that's right, there's a day for everything) is Saturday, April 7, and before you head out to your favorite craft brewery, bar, restaurant or pub, take a minute to share the love for your favorite watering hole.
