Matt Nagy's final game as head coach of the Chicago Bears will come on Thanksgiving, a source told Patch.

CHICAGO, IL — The blueprint was supposed to lift the Chicago Bears out of mediocrity, back into the playoffs and back into perennial contenders in the NFC North. Matt Nagy's Bears went 12-4 in his rookie season, followed by two 8-8 seasons, and a 3-7 start to this year.
A source told Mark Konkol of Patch that the team would fire Nagy following Thursday's game. It would be the first time a Bears head coach would be fired mid-season. Coming into Thursday's Thanksgiving Day game versus the Detroit Lions, the Bears stand at 3-7.
Here's a look at Matt Nagy through the years.
