Major Snowstorm Possible For Illinois After Dry Start To Week
Winter weather is possible Tuesday, but the exact track of the storm is not yet known, the weather service said.
ILLINOIS — The week will start dry, with temps in the upper 30s and low 40s, according to the National Weather Service. Monday will be partly sunny, with a high of 36 degrees.
Tuesday will have a high of 44, with snow starting in the afternoon, according to the weather service.
Winter weather is possible Tuesday, but the exact track of the storm is not yet known, the weather service said. Shifts may still occur in later forecasts, and exact snowfall totals are available yet.

Snow may continue through Wednesday morning, which will have a high of 31 degrees, according to the weather service. Additional snow is possible through Thursday for southeast of the Chicago area, the weather service said.
Friday will be dry and mostly sunny, with a high of 17 degrees, according to the weather service.
