Queen, Adam Lambert Coming To Chicago
The group has announced a six-week North American tour.

CHICAGO — Queen and Adam Lambert will be performing in Chicago next summer as part of a North American tour, Live Nation announced Monday. Original band members Brian May and Roger Taylor will be performing alongside Adam Lambert singing lead.
The group will be performing in Chicago on Aug. 9 at the United Center. Tickets for the "Rhapsody" tour will go on sale on Dec. 7.
The 23-date tour will begin in Vancouver, British Columbia, on July 10. Tour stops will include New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta and Nashville. The tour will end in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Aug. 23.

Lambert first shared the stage with Queen during the 2009 “American Idol” final.
In a joint statement to the Rolling Stone, May and Taylor called the "Rhapsody" tour a "great opportunity."

Over the past few years, Queen has performed in North America, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. The announcement of the "Rhapsody" tour comes after the release of the Freddie Mercury biopic, "Bohemian Rhapsody."
