Ari Emanuel's company paid $4 billion for the rights this week.

Chicago, IL - Rahm Emanuel’s brother is now the leader of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

Ari Emanuel’s WME/IMG talent agency paid around $4 billion this week to acquire the UFC, according to the Chicago Tribune and other reports.

This isn’t WME/IMG’s first major sports acquisition. They already acquired clients such as the NFL, Wimbledon and Europe’s Premier League soccer.
