Rosebud Restaurants' Millennium Park Location Opens Dec. 1
Rosebud Randolph, Rosebud Restaurants' newest location, is a 3-level space featuring different concepts at each level.
Today, Rosebud Restaurants’ announced that they will be opening a new location at 130 E. Randolph St.
For nearly 50 years, Alex Dana’s Rosebud Restaurants have set the standard for Italian fare in Chicago. There are 8 locations throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Rosebud Randolph will be Alex Dana’s 9th location.
Rosebud Randolph is a 3-level space, including a rooftop, located in Millennium Park. Each level encompasses a unique concept derived from existing Rosebud locations.

● The first level will be a more family-friendly, casual dining experience.
● The second level will be a more upscale, white tablecloth dining experience.

● The rooftop, and third level, will feature a lighter menu and exclusive Rosebud specialty cocktails.
The Randolph location is Alex Dana’s newest concept, and his most treasured.
“To me, Randolph is like building the colosseum in Rome,” said Dana.
The official opening date is set for Dec. 1!
