Rosebud Restaurants to Reopen 1 S Dearborn Location on August 17

CHICAGO (Aug. 15, 2022) –Rosebud Restaurants announced that they will be opening Rosetta Italian, formerly known as Rosebud Prime, on this Wednesday, August 17.

For nearly 50 years, Alex Dana’s Rosebud Restaurants have set the standard for Italian fare in Chicago. There are 8 locations throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, and Rosetta Italian will be Alex Dana’s 9th location.

Rosetta Italian is located in the loop near CIBC theater, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and other popular Chicago destinations and attractions.

Its menu features classic, Italian Rosebud dishes along with some exciting new menu items. The location will be open Monday-Friday from 11am-9pm.
