CHICAGO, IL — A male was arrested Wednesday after threatening a security guard at knifepoint on the campus of a city college, according to police.

The incident occurred about 1:45 p.m. at Wilbur Wright College in the 4300 block of North Narragansett Avenue in the Dunning neighborhood, police said. A male in the school parking lot was asked to leave and threatened a security guard with a knife, according to police.

The male was taken into custody with charges pending, police said.
