"Sommelier for a Day" Wine Tasting at III Forks

III Forks Prime Steakhouse, located in Lakeshore East, will hold a "Sommelier for a Day" wine tasting on Wednesday, October 4. Starting at 5 p.m., sommelier Anton Licko will lead participants through a sampling of six different wines from Australia (three white and three red, outlined below) paired with an array of hors d'oeuvres crafted by Chef Hans Aeschbacher.

Guests may sip, swirl and savor each selection and then vote on their favorite to be featured for the month. The fee to attend the tasting is $20 per person. To RSVP, call III Forks at 312-938-4303.
