South Side Pizza Spot Is State's 'Best Pizza Joint': Money

CHICAGO, IL — If you like pizza, you most likely have a favorite when it comes to shape, toppings and maker. Most of us know that the bigger the city you live in, the more places and types of pizza to choose from, so Money recently partnered with Yelp to find and list the "Best Pizza Joint in Every State." It's probably no surprise that the best spot for pizza in Illinois is located in Chicago.

Stix n' Brix Wood Fired Pizza on Chicago's South Side was listed as the state's best pizza, according to the list, which ranked each state's "Best" by using an algorithm that looks at a business' star rating and number of reviews. Stix n' Brix has five stars and more than 40 reviews.

Stix n Brix Wood Fired Pizza sits at 218 W. 33rd Street, where you can get a Margherita pizza for $11, according to Money's list.
