CHICAGO, IL — The Taste of Chicago returns this weekend after a two-year hiatus, offering a wide array of both global and local flavors.

The event will run 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday through Sunday in Grant Park near Buckingham Fountain at Jackson and Columbus drives. Admission is free and vendors will accept cash or credit cards as opposed to the food tickets used in past years.

Offerings will include a range of options, such as tacos, cheesecake, Thai, food trucks, and, of course, the classic Chicago hotdog. A beer hall, wine tent and cocktail lounge will be on-site. The event will also feature free dance lessons from Chicago SummerDance and concerts by, among others, Nelly, Local H and Drive-By Truckers.
