CHICAGO, IL — An unidentified burned body was found after a garbage fire in a River North parking structure Tuesday, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
The charred remains were found next to an electrical box on the structure's 11th floor in the 300 block of North LaSalle Street, the report stated. Firefighters made the grisly discovery while responding to a garbage fire at that location at around 6 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17, the report added.
The age and gender of the body could not be immediately identified, according to the Chicago Tribune. But the body appears to be that of a female, the Sun-Times reports.
