Valentine's Day Prix Fixe at Bites Asian Kitchen

Four Course Menu Offered for Three Days

Monday, February 12-Wednesday, February 14
4-10 p.m.
$33 per person

Bites Asian Kitchen and Bar, located on Clark Street in the heart of Wrigleyville, will welcome Valentine's Day dinner guests for a celebratory prix fixe, available February 12-14. Chef Derek Intapura's four course menu features the choice of amuse (taro fries; garlic edamame), appetizer (king crab rangoon; kabocha samosas; salmon ceviche), entree (squid ink fried rice with jumbo gulf shrimp; "crying tiger" marinated skirt steak; Asian pesto linguini) and dessert (blueberry yuzu cheesecake; Saigon tiramisu; molten chocolate stout lava cake) for $33 per person. The Valentine's Day menu, outlined below, will be offered in addition to the regular dinner menu.

Kabocha Samosas (V)
kabocha squash, sweet corn, edamame, curry powder

Salmon Ceviche
fresh Norwegian salmon, avocado, edamame, toasted rice powder, yuzu soy, shrimp chips

THIRD COURSE

Squid Ink Fried Rice
jumbo gulf shrimp, cherry tomato, shiitake, edamame, sweet corn, fresh basil

Crying Tiger
marinated skirt steak, wasabi green beans and garlic mashed potatoes

Asian Pesto Linguini
basil-cilantro pesto, served with shiitake-portabella dumplings
