Warmer Temps,Thunderstorms In Forecast This Week

The Chicago area will see temps warm again into the 80s – possibly into the mid-80s – for the start of the work week. On Monday through Tuesday, dry weather is in the forecast, but Wednesday and Thursday could see a chance for rain showers. There is also a chance for isolated thunderstorms on Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.

A cold front will settle across the area Wednesday. The front will remain nearby late in the week with high temperatures in the 60s and 70s and closer to average for this time of year, according to the National Weather Service.
