If you live in one of Chicago’s suburban cities, there’s a good chance you’re living in one of the best places in Illinois, according to AreaVibes.
AreaVibes scores a city’s livability by measuring a variety of criteria, which include amenities, cost of living, crime, education, employment, housing and weather. Using what it calls a “unique algorithm,” it calculated scores and ranked a total of 100 Illinois cities.
