Dockery reportedly shot a man in the abdomen and the other in the right and left leg. Both were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, one in critical condition.

The third man drove himself to a hospital. Two were treated and released, the critically wounded man is now home and on bedrest, the prosecutor said.

A warrant for Dockery’s arrest was issued on Feb. 23.

Judge Bowden set bail at $750,000.

Dockery giggled at two women who started laughing when he entered the courtroom. As he left, one of them called out, “I love you, Brian.”

“See you later,” he said as he was led out of the courtroom.

Dockery’s next court appearance is March 22 in Markham.
