Dr. Neel Shah Joins
 DuPage Medical Group Oncology

DuPage Medical Group, the largest independent, multi-specialty physician group in the Chicago area, has expanded its oncology expertise with the addition of Dr. Neel Shah.


Shah is a board-certified physician, specializing in hematology and oncology with additional clinical interests in brain, colon, pancreatic and prostate cancer treatment. He is a member of the American Society of Hematology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. He was also the recipient of the Illinois Patient’s Choice Award in 2011. Shah has special interests in the research and treatment of lymphoma, lung cancer and pain management.

Shah completed his residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. After completing his fellowship focused on hematology, medical oncology and stem cell transplantation at Rush University Medical Center, Shah began his career as an assistant professor at the university, where he still collaborates on lung cancer and lymphoma research.
