Bloom High School Class Visits Five-Star Hotel
The students got to learn about the architecture, history, and cuisine of the Peninsula Hotel.
Bloom High School's Family and Consumer Science students recently went on a field trip to the Peninsula Hotel, one of just four 5-star hotels in Chicago. The class got the opportunity to learn about the history, architecture, and cuisine of the hotel, considered to be one of the best hotels in the United States. The trip was led by Culinary Specialist LaTasha Scott as part of the evolving programing of the school's Family and Consumer Science department.
