Through Cook County Commissioner Edward M Moody's office, Bloom Township is planning a senior citizen trip to Brookfield Zoo on Friday, June 22, 2018. The only cost for the seniors is $20.00 for transportation. The bus will depart from Bloom Township Center, 425 S Halsted St, Chicago Heights at 9:30 am. Seniors can enjoy a day on their own at the zoo. Pack a brown bag picnic lunch or purchase lunch at one of the many vendors at the zoo. Bus will depart from the zoo at 2:30 pm.
