Body Found In Creek, Death Investigation Underway In Ford Heights
A 27-year-old Calumet City man was found dead in a Ford Heights creek early Tuesday morning.

FORD HEIGHTS, IL - Not much information is available about the death of Alejandro Taylor, a 27-year-old Calumet City man who was found dead Tuesday morning in a creek in Ford Heights. Authorities said Taylor was found in Deer Creek near the 1600 block of East Lincoln Highway in the far southeast suburb just before 9 a.m., according to a Chicago Sun-Times report.
An autopsy performed Wednesday did not immediately provide the cause and manner of death, the paper reported. Several Cook County Sheriff's Office vehicles responded to the scene, where crime scene tape was used to block off the area near the creek.
A request for additional information on the investigation of Taylor's death was not immediately answered Wednesday night.
