Learn about some simple basic techniques to discover the concept of inner space, expanded awareness, your own connection to the earth and say hello to yourself! Bring your sense of adventure.

This is a guided meditation program, you can attend all sessions or just one – it’s up to you! Presentation can be attended virtually from home or virtually from the library (we will have a laptop set up in the meeting room).
