Celebrities Christy Turlington and Rob Riggle Set to Run in Chicago Marathon
Turlington will run on behalf of her group Every Mother Counts and Riggle will run for Project Salute.

CHICAGO, IL — Celebrities Christy Turlington and Rob Riggle are set to run the Bank of America Chicago Marathon next month, according to The Chicago Tribune.
Supermodel and activist Turlington, 47, will run for a group she founded, Every Mother Counts, to make pregnancy and childbirth safer for all mothers.
"It's a big part of our work, to use running as a way to communicate that distance is a barrier for women to access healthcare," Turlington told Town and Country magazine. "There are a lot of connections between running marathons and birth: that feeling of 'I can't do this,' then the ridiculous endorphins you get."
