Chicago residents win national title at North American Bridge Championships
Chicago residents victorious in national bridge championships.

Ron Smith and Steve Garner of Chicago claimed victory in the Baze Senior Knockout event at the Fall North American Bridge Championships (NABCs), one of the 14 championship-level bridge events held in Denver from Nov. 26 to Dec. 6.

The NABCs are held three times a year across the U.S. and Canada to bring together players of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced, with opportunities for everyone to play daily from 9 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. The 2016 Spring NABCs will be held in Reno, Nev., from March 12 to 20.
