CHSD170 Announces Dates for Kindergarten Registration
CHSD170 anuncia fechas para la inscripción de jardín de infantes
Chicago Heights School District 170 has announced that it will be hosting "Kindergarten Round-Up" sessions on Tuesday, April 26, Wednesday, April 27, and Thursday, April 28, from 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. at each of the schools listed below.
Appointments are required for the sessions to maintain social distancing protocol. Parents should contact the building secretary at their child(ren)'s school to schedule an appointment.
All parents planning to register children for the 2022-2023 school year are encouraged to attend the "Kindergarten Round-Up" sessions. Pursuant to Illinois state law, children registering for Kindergarten must be five (5) years of age on or before September 1, 2022. Parents must provide a child's birth certificate to complete the registration process.

During the "Kindergarten Round-Up," parents will be provided with information regarding medical exams and immunizations needed before the start of the 2022-2023 school year. All of the required information and proof of residency within the boundaries of CHSD170 must be presented at the school registration sessions in August.

El Distrito Escolar 170 de Chicago Heights ha anunciado que organizará sesiones de "Kindergarten Round-Up" el martes 26 de abril, miércoles 27 de abril y jueves 28 de abril, de 8:00 am y 11:00 am en cada uno de los escuelas enumeradas a continuación.
Se requieren citas para las sesiones para mantener el protocolo de distanciamiento social. Los padres deben comunicarse con la secretaria del edificio en la escuela de sus hijos para programar una cita.
Se anima a todos los padres que planean inscribir a sus hijos para el año escolar 2021-2022 a que asistan a las sesiones de "Kindergarten Round-Up".
