CHSD170’s Wilson School Hosts its Second Daddy-Daughter Dance

Wilson Elementary School recently held its second annual Daddy/Daughter Dance, which was attended by over sixty fathers and daughters.

The school gymnasium became an enchanted ballroom with beautiful table settings and displays reflecting the dance’s The Princess and the Frog theme and making the attendees feel as though they were part of a movie experience.

Dads and their daughters had an opportunity to take amazing photos with a beautiful backdrop, thanks to Jymesha Matthews, owner of Kiorcreationschicago. The keepsakes will be treasures to cherish for many years to come.

The evening, a showcase of elegance and fun, gave daddies and their beautiful daughters a chance to savor delicious food, dance to the rhythm of the night, and create lasting memories. They swayed to the tunes of “Isn’t She Lovely” and “You Are the Sunshine of My Life” by Stevie Wonder, filling the room with their stunning smiles and elegant presence.

“Wilson’s second Daddy Daughter Dance was another success, and everyone in attendance had an amazing time!” said Principal Keyara Bishop.

“Giving dads and their daughters the opportunity to enjoy a formal evening together and build lasting memories warms my heart, and I look forward to providing this opportunity for years to come.”

La Escuela Primaria Wilson celebró recientemente su segundo baile anual de papá e hija, al que asistieron más de sesenta padres e hijas.
