CHSD170s Winter Concert is a Great Success
El concierto de invierno de CHSD170s es un gran éxito
Chicago Heights School District 170 students performed their annual Winter Concert on Thursday, December 12, 2024. Dozens of family and friends attended the performance!
The concert featured performances conducted by Choir Director Caresse Mathews, Middle School Band Director Brandon Orr, Middle School Teacher Jason Kehr, and 4th/5th Grade Band Director James Fallinske.
The dedicated directors led their talented students through an array of Holiday-themed songs, including Sleigh Ride, Jingle Bells, Stompin’ on the Housetop, and Bells are Ringing, just to name a few. What truly made the night special was the collaboration of all the district band groups and the choir, a testament to a unity and shared love for music.

El concierto contó con actuaciones dirigidas por el director del coro Caresse Mathews, el director de la banda de la escuela intermedia Brandon Orr, el maestro de la escuela intermedia Jason Kehr y el director de la banda de 4º/5º grado James Fallinske.
Los dedicados directores guiaron a sus talentosos estudiantes a través de una variedad de canciones con temas navideños, que incluyen Sleigh Ride, Jingle Bells, Stompin' on the Housetop y Bells are Ringing, solo por nombrar algunas.
