City Email Functioning Again
An issue with the IT network at the city of Chicago Heights caused an email shut down for five days.
CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL - The email system for the city of Chicago Heights is back up. The city said it experienced “an issue with the city’s IT network” last Thursday and that all technology services, including email, were interrupted for a span of several days.
The service was restored in its full capacity be Tuesday morning, according to a news release from the city.
“City staff is working diligently to respond to communication during this temporary interruption of services.”
